Founded by a father-and-son team, Robb and Seth Norling, we combine decades of hands-on experience with a fresh, modern approach to construction. Whether it's a home renovation, custom build, or repair, we treat every project like it's our own — with honesty, precision, and pride in every detail.
Robb Norling – Vice President
With over 20 years in the industry, Robb brings deep expertise in residential and commercial construction. He oversees every project with a focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Seth Norling – Vice President
With more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Seth brings extensive expertise in project management, planning, and execution. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Commercial Construction Management, Seth has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects through strong leadership, effective collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. He is dedicated to creating successful outcomes for clients by ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.
